Introducing our Mental Health First Aiders

Our employees' mental health and wellbeing has always been a priority, but now more than ever as we return to a ‘new normal’.

Joanne, Shivam and Chris from our team recently undertook two days of training with St John Ambulance to become qualified Level 3 Mental Health First Aiders. They have an in-depth understanding of the issues surrounding mental health and are here to offer confidential support to any member of staff. We want to ensure that our team enjoy coming to the office, and can always feel comfortable opening up about professional or personal worries.

A 'new normal'

There have been many uncertainties throughout the last two years, and we know that even as things return to ‘normal’, staff will have questions and worries, each guided by their own personal circumstances. Our mental health first aid team will be there to help any employee.

Other wellbeing initiatives we’ve taken include lunchtime yoga, free fruit, plants throughout the office, and flexible working. People are at the heart of everything we do, so looking after our team is essential.
