The challenge
We were commissioned by Taylor Wimpey to re-design the former Robert Price Yard to create a high-quality scheme to the riverfront. The site was seen as a landmark site for Newport as it is the point where the newly constructed Newport Footbridge arrives on the east bank of the river Usk. The contemporary design includes 93 apartments and 29 houses.
