Kohler Mira is a high-end producer of showers, bathroom suites, and other bathroom plumbing with its UK headquarters based in Cheltenham. To celebrate 100 years in business, the company briefed our team to transform an old warehouse storage area into a showroom, presentation, and events space. The space needed to be used by a range of companies for different types of events, so it was important to have an advanced AV system throughout.
Our design enhances the industrial feel of the warehouse space by adding concrete features and industrial touches such as painted metal mesh screens, worktops, and AV joinery displays. We combined this with the contrast and depth of materials such as Corian, natural timber, and textiles, applied in bespoke joinery, furniture, and ceiling features.
The overall effect is one of luxury and warmth with plants added to bring in life and softness to the industrial scheme.
The flexible space is popular among the Kohler Mira team along with the local community, who use it for a range of events. These include STEAM events with local schools, apprenticeship evenings, and a sustainability event during the Cheltenham Science Festival. The venue was officially opened in 2022 by Her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal.
